The pictorial program that was decorating the interior of Agia Triada is being partially saved today. In the quarter sphere of the arch we can see the Prophetic Vision of Ezekiel, while in the half-cylinder we can see the Communion of the Apostles and the collaborating Hierarchs. The representation of the Ascension covers the arch of the Sanctuary while the niche of prosthesis is decorated with the representation of the Akra Tapeinosi. The illustration of the right part of the cross church is of major importance, as it includes episodes from the book of Genesis. Among them is displayed Adam giving names to animals, the Original Sin, the Banishment from the Garden of Eden, Abel’s Sacrifice, and the Flood of Noah.

The murals of Agia Triada belong to the eclectic trend of Rhodian painting and it is believed that they were made around 1500.
